In 2020, Coast to Coast affiliated entity, Elevated Restaurant Group, secured franchise rights for Dave’s Hot Chicken for the Southern California and Phoenix markets. As an early advocate of the brand, Elevated Restaurant Group was the second franchise group to join one of the fastest growing restaurant brands in the world. Today, Elevated Restaurant Group currently owns and operates five Dave's Hot Chicken restaurants in Southern California and three in Phoenix, with rights to open another 17 additional locations over the next four years.

In 2026, ​Coast to Coast Commercial secured the rights for the rapidly expanding brand, Mike’s Red Tacos, with an exclusive agreement to open 12 locations throughout the Los Angeles market.

Additionally in 2026, Coast to Coast Commercial has also agreed to help the iconic San Diego based sandwich brand, Board & Brew, with their expansion plans in Arizona. Coast to Coast secured a 5-store Area Development Agreement in the Phoenix market

Coast to Coast is always seeking great real estate, and has a dedicated real estate development team focused on restaurant and retail projects. Coast to Coast is currently developing "Phase 2" of a 9-acre shopping center, Commonwealth Crossing, in the City of San Jacinto, CA (Riverside County) with Tenant’s including: Sonic Drive-In, a 7-Eleven gas station, and anchored by a Vallarta Supermarket.
